Apple!!

An Apple a day keeps the doctor away! Although apple has a low
Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants and flavonoids which enhances
the activity of Vitamin C. There by helping to lower the risks of
colon cancer, heart attach and stoke.






Orange!!

Sweetest medicine: Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep
colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent and dissolve kidney
stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.





Kiwi!!

Tiny but might. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium,
Vitamin E and fiber. It as a Vitamin C content is twice that of
an Orange.





Strawberry!!



Protective fruit! Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant
power among major fruits and protects the body from cancer
causing, blood vessels clogging free radicals. Blue berries are the
best and very versatile in the health field. They get rid of all the
free radicals that invade our bodies.

I live Nutrition.
there are researches that is recommending to eat any Nutrition every morning in the form of Juice or Normal in sold form.because in the morning People has acidic saliva.
But Nutrition Has Very large Number of Vitamins.

Thank you for posting about Oranges and strawberry s I didn't know that oranges keeps us away from cold im a frequent victim of cold im going to feed up on oranges frequently and strawberry too i was surprised that it helps to protect us from cancer
